We know how you feel. It's hot and uncomfortable. One minute you're melting, the next minute you're freezing. And it can happen anytime, anyplace, day or night. We've put together some information regarding what we like to call 'mean-o-pause', and we have a store coming on Amazon.
Who are we
We are two women 'of a certain age' who are going through mean-o-pause. Struggling through some of the usual symptoms and trying to keep our sanity and sense of humor.
Why us?
We are living it. We understand. We want to help. We aren't doctors or naturopaths - just ordinary people. We also know how to keep it simple. And we've tried a lot of things to know what works for us and what doesn't.
How we can help
We have a few simple ideas to start the mean-o-pause conversation (it's not taboo!), provide some relief (actual and comic) and to let you know you don't have to suffer alone. A big chunk of 49.6% of the planet is right there with you !!
